| To power or not to power? That is the question |

Well, the pantomime has now finished and preparations for the adult version of the Magic Ring are beginning. For those of you who attended the pantomime, you may or may not be aware but we have been suffering from power cuts during the course of the performances and on Saturday 23 January we had to cancel the matinee performance. Thankfully most of those who had booked were able to come to the evening performance instead.
Special thanks must go to the crew for working to enable us to operate as best we could and to the cast for their patience whilst some glitches were resolved. We even lost power right before the finale on Friday evening. Needless to say the forgotten to top up the meter jokes came out and included a memorable sprint back up the hall by Tiffany once the music came back on especially as she is not in the last dance!
EDF are working to resolve the problem and we are hoping that there will be no further problems when the adult version is performed. We hope that these matters did not spoil our audiences enjoyment of the show. |
