Welcome to the start of TADS 50th year. Yes, that's right, TADS is 50 years old this year. We have a superb season of shows coming up starting with Fawlty Towers.
Fawlty Towers
Fawlty Towers is our opening production of our 50th season. Based on the script of the television show, come follow Basil Fawlty as he deals with the Germans, and hopes that the health inspector doesn't find a rat in the kitchen. It promises to be an hilarious evening.
Fawlty Towers is being performed on 23, 24, 29 and 30 September, 1 October. Tickets are available online or by calling 07952633234.
Halloween Spooktacular
Following on from our successful one night show From the West End with Love in February 2011, TADS return with a similar event based on Halloween. This is a joint show with our TADS Teens group. Halloween Spooktacular is a trip through the songs of stage and screen, with a scary theme. All tickets for this are £5 and are now available online or by calling 07952633234.
Cinderella
TADS is pleased to annouce that our family pantomime for 2011 is Cinderella. This is being staged on 9/10/11/16/17 December. Performances on 9/10/17/18 at 7.30 with matinee performances at 2.30 on 11 and 17 December. Tickets are available online or by calling 07952633234.
Auditions for Cinderella will be held on 26 and 28 September at 7.45, at the theatre. Full details will shortly be available on our website.
And still to come
Still to come in our 50th season, we take our first venture into the world of the Bard, with A Midsummer Night's Dream in May 2011. The year will conclude with a show celebrating our 50 years.

Awards News
TADS was recently nominated for a series of NODA (National Operatic and Dramatic Association) district awards. Unfortunately, despite more nominations than any other group, we only won one, Best Costume for the Pirate Princess. This follows our success earlier this year in winning best pantomime for the district.
